Access to be surveyed

At the request of the McCormick  Foundation, we will be intensely studying the transparency - or lack of -- among  units of government. We would appreciate help from every Chicago-area  journalist. You will see survey forms in the coming months, and we hope you will  fill them out promptly and completely. President Ex-Officio Beth Konrad will  lead this important project. Please help!
