SUMMARY:45th Annual Peter Lisagor Awards for Exemplary Journalism
DESCRIPTION:The Chicago Headline Club\, the largest chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists\, will host a very special evening to honor the year’s best reporting as well as 100 years of rich journalism history in Illinois and Northwest Indiana. \nJoin us as we toast the winners of the 45th annual Peter Lisagor Awards at a dinner ceremony on Friday\, May 6\, 2022. The event will be held at the Union League Club of Chicago. \nPurchase your tickets via Eventbrite by April 26. Every ticket must have a meal type selected for each guest (chicken or vegetarian). \nThis event will be held in accordance with local public-health guidelines. We strongly encourage everyone to be tested for Covid-19 before attending to minimize the risk of spreading the virus. And please stay home if you are feeling unwell.
