If you haven’t found the perfect gift for everyone on your list, here are gift ideas that will keep on giving for an entire year. Give a membership in the Society of Professional Journalists and the Chicago Headline Club. Or, give a donation in that person’s name to the CHC Foundation or SPJ’s SDX Foundation.
Bob Herguth Sr., a long-time member and board member during the presidency of Les Brownlee, came up with this idea several years ago. He gave his son, Bob Herguth Jr., a membership. Now they are both members!
