The role of the media in informing the public has never been more important, especially when it comes to coverage of marginalized communities. And, at the same time, journalists are constantly asked to cover more and more… with less resources. To support the media in its critical role, ISPU, an expert in media and American Muslim communities, invites you to a free, interactive, evidence-based workshop designed to assist media professionals in covering American Muslims confidently and creatively. This workshop—which is geared exclusively for newsmedia professionals—will help participants go beyond the soundbite by providing a true deep dive into insightful research and useable information about American Muslims.
