These are the finalists for the 2022 Peter Lisagor Awards

These are the finalists for the 2022 Peter Lisagor Awards, representing some of the best journalism produced in Illinois and northwest Indiana from across the media spectrum.

Thank you to everyone who submitted nominations for this year’s contest. Entries were judged by an impartial out-of-state SPJ chapter.

Winners will be announced at a dinner ceremony Friday, May 12, at the Union League Club of Chicago. You can buy your tickets until May 5 on Eventbrite.
