Board of Directors Meeting
August 29, 2005
President Meg Tebo called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m.
Present: Meg, Art Menke, Deb Cohen, Jason Jedlinski, Michelle Stevens, Abdon Pallasch, Ben Bradley and Susan S. Stevens.
Deb motioned and Abdon seconded that we approve the slate of Lifetime Achievement Award honorees: Bob Black, Richard Christiansen, William Mullen, Pam Zekman and Paul Zimbrakos.
Motion was approved unanimously by voice vote by those present. Ben arrived after the vote.
Meeting adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
Next board meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 12 before the NPR event.
