Join the Chicago Headline Club, the largest chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27 for a panel designed to demystify the journalistic process.
Our panelists will walk you through the reporting process touching on how newsrooms generate story ideas, determine what’s news and what should be covered, how reporters find and speak to sources, the basics of fact-checking and editing, and journalism ethics.
